Zealous charges a small fee on paid submissions. This helps us keep subscription costs low. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commission is capped per transaction<\/strong>, so you’ll never pay more than the amount shown regardless of submission value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This fee depends on the currency you charge your candidates in, which may differ from your subscription currency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commission is charged to the programme organiser, not the candidate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What counts as a paid submission?<\/strong><\/h3>

Commission only applies to submissions where the candidate pays a fee. Free submissions are not charged.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are Stripe’s fees?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>
\n

Our commission does not include Stripe’s payment processing fees, which are charged separately by Stripe and vary depending on how your candidates pay. You can view Stripe’s pricing at stripe.com\/pricing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I pass the fee on to candidates?<\/strong><\/h3>

We don’t currently support adding commission automatically to the candidate’s fee, but you can factor it into your pricing when setting your submission fee.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What happens if I refund a candidate?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>

If you refund a candidate, Zealous will refund its commission. However, Stripe does not refund its processing fee \u2014 this is Stripe’s policy, not ours.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Why is the rate higher for other currencies?<\/strong><\/h3>
\n

We’re expanding our supported currencies over time. Currencies not yet listed in the table above are charged at 3.5% as they don’t currently have a minimum transaction value. As we add full support for more currencies, rates and caps will be introduced.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I change my fee currency?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>

Yes, but currency changes should not be made while a programme is live, as this could affect existing transactions. To change your fee currency, please contact us at info@zealous.co.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Does commission include VAT?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>

Our commission rates are inclusive of any applicable taxes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
