Remember when social platforms actually connected us with people we cared about? The digital world promised to bring us closer, but has decayed into systems that capture and monetise our attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, as AI agents rise to prominence, these channels will become increasingly polluted as they become hijacked by automated content crafted solely to generate engagement – and ultimately augment your “3 human friends with AI ones” (thanks Zuck).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite that, let\u2019s face it our feeds are flooded with heavily curated stories that make achievement look effortless. This isn\u2019t healthy and creates a dangerous illusion. When everyone online makes success look easy, we’re left wondering why it feels so hard when we do it ourselves. Why work towards something if it\u2019s so much harder for us than everyone else?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can we be authentically human when we are surrounded by artificial perfection? How do we preserve what makes us uniquely human when algorithms curate our digital lives? As AI increasingly reshapes our world, celebrating our messy, imperfect humanity isn\u2019t just important \u2013 but essential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rarely do people share their full human story. The failures, the doubts, the random thoughts and detours that lead them to where they are. Where do people get their inspiration from? How do we honestly deal with failure? What happens in those dark moments when everything seems impossible?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So instead of being a hostage to someone else’s agenda I’ve chosen to be more human, swapping throw away short form content on social media with longer form stories unencumbered by the recommendations algorithms, keyword cramming and dopamine loops.
