The steps below will allow you to troubleshoot this issue quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Open Zealous in private tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Private tabs allow you to load a website from scratch without having to clear your cache. This is a very quick way of checking if the loading issue is due to cache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Google Chrome<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chrome refers to it\u2019s private tab as&nbsp;an <b>Incognito Tab<\/b>. You can open one by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On a <b>PC<\/b>, click on the <b>three vertical dots<\/b> on the upper right corner of your browser. On a <b>Mac<\/b>, click on the&nbsp;burger menu (three lines)&nbsp;on the upper right corner of your browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;New Incognito Window<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will open a new window with a man with a hat on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the&nbsp;zealous.co&nbsp;in the web address<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Safari<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safari refers to it\u2019s private tab as&nbsp;Private Window. You can open an&nbsp;Private Window&nbsp;by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the&nbsp;File menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;New Private Window<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will open a new window with a grey URL field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the&nbsp;zealous.co&nbsp;in the web address<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Firefox<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firefox refers to it\u2019s private tab as&nbsp;Private Browsing. You can open an&nbsp;Private Window&nbsp;by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the&nbsp;burger menu (three lines)&nbsp;on the upper right corner of your Firefox browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;New Private Window<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will open a new window with a mask icon and purple band across the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the&nbsp;zealous.co&nbsp;in the web address<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Edge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edge refers to it\u2019s private tab as <b>InPrivate<\/b>. You can open an <b>InPrivate <\/b>window by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <b>three dots <\/b>on the upper right corner of your Edge browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <b>New InPrivate Window<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will open a new window with a grey background.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the <b>zealous.co <\/b>in the web address<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Internet Explorer<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft has stopped support for Internet Explorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without any updates IE is now no longer a secure option for browsing the internet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For that reason Zealous no longer works on Internet Explorer. Please install a modern browser to allow you to access our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this fixes your loading issue, this means your browser has an old version of Zealous cached.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to load Zealous on your browser without having to use a private tab you can do so by clearing the cache. <a href=\"https:\/\/fabricdigital.co.nz\/blog\/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache\">This page has steps to do so for all browsers.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Log out, Refresh, Login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the site still doesn&#8217;t load parts of the page, this might be because you kept the page open for a long time and the site has logged you out. Logging out and in again will refresh your authority on your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on your profile image at the top right of the Zealous site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select log out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you have been logged out, refresh the page. On a <strong>PC<\/strong> click <strong>Shift + F5&nbsp;<\/strong>at the same time. On a <strong>Mac<\/strong> click&nbsp;<strong>Command + R&nbsp;<\/strong>at the same time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/zealous.co\/wpadmin2\/docs\/account\/logging-in\/logging-in\/\">Log in<\/a> again once the page has reloaded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Change Connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some corporate internet connections (VPNs) may stop sites that have not been white-listed by the tech department. This could stop parts of Zealous loading data (more specifically around loading entries).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only way to check if this is the case is to use an alternative connection\/machine to load Zealous.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this works it is likely a corporate firewall is stopping Zealous from loading data within your organisation. You may need to have the tech department add us to a safe domain list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
