Sometimes, it may be that admins and judges want private conversations to discuss scoring. For this, the admins can create private channels with whichever judges they need to speak with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that this cannot be done unless the judge has accepted the invitation to judge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Make sure you are using an admin account and not a judging account – only the opportunity admin can do this <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open up the chat function<\/a>, and click the plus button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Add the name of the new channel and save \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Use the people logo to add in people you want to have the discussion with \"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
