To refund a submission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/34.89.9.203.nip.io\/wpadmin2\/docs\/account\/logging-in\/logging-in\/\">Log in<\/a> to your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the top right, click the cog icon and go to &#8216;Payments &amp; Invoices&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the applicant you want to refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the right hand side of the listing, click the &#8216;Refund Submission&#8217; icon (it looks like an arrow going round in a circle)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A box will pop-up for you to refund the applicant &#8211; select which package you want to refund and confirm.
