Zealous lets you open any opportunity to public voting. Only the admin can see the number of votes each entry has\u2014this is hidden from everyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Points to Know<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • At least one round\u2019s results or all submissions must be public for voting to work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Public voting has no start or end date\u2014it runs alongside other selection processes. You control access by choosing which rounds are public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You can turn public voting on or off anytime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Votes are counted across the entire opportunity. If you pause and restart voting, previous votes remain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If submissions are judged anonymously, the public will also see them anonymously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Public voting doesn\u2019t require a separate round\u2014it can be enabled during any judging round.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If voting is tied to a specific round, only successful entries from the previous round will be visible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The public only sees submission content\u2014not application form details.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    How to Enable Public Voting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to your Opportunity Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Schedule & Rounds (bottom left menu). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Make sure either your submissions or results are published. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Scroll down and turn on public voting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
