The public votes report shows the totals of public votes for all the candidates that submitted to you. This makes it easier to see who has won your public vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can download a breakdown of all submissions, and how many public votes they have received as a CSV file. This is ideal should you wish to analyse public votes further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To download the public votes report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in<\/a> to your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the dashboard of your opportunity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scroll down to your public votes graph and click on ‘Download Report’\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. This will run the report and send you an email with a link to the report when it is ready<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The public vote report contains the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Number of Public Votes for Submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Submission Title<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Submission Short Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Submission URL<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Applicant First Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Applicant Surname<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Applicant Portfolio URL<\/li>\n\n\n\n
