To save you time, Zealous automatically keeps your candidates updated throughout your call to submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is a complete breakdown of all of the emails we send candidates with links to full descriptions of each email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whilst submissions are open:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. When they register to Zealous<\/span> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. When they <\/span>submit successfully<\/a> to your opportunity<\/span> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Reminder to submit<\/a> 2 days before if they have a draft submission<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When the announcement date is reached for a round, and you have confirmed your selection:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Candidate successful<\/a>, going onto the next round<\/span> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Candidate successful<\/a> in being selected for the final round<\/span> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Candidate unsuccessful<\/a> (for any round)<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Please note that these will only go out if your emails to candidates are switched on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
