Presentation of Film<\/h5>[vc_separator width=”30″ alignment=”left” margin_top=”30″ margin_bottom=”30″][vc_column_text]Please send your film to us in Apple ProRes format framed at 1920 x 1080 and 25fps or an equivalent high bit-rate compression codec. We will ask you to upload this via Dropbox by Tuesday 15th December<\/strong>. You will receive an invitation to Dropbox for this purpose.<\/p>\n

The information you provide will inform our choices. If you have to make any changes or substitutions prior to the exhibition, you must inform us as soon as possible. With any aspect of curation, Zealous\u2019 decision will be final.<\/strong>

If you\u2019re likely to have difficulty with this please let us know as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Damage and Venue Courtesy<\/h5>[vc_separator width=”30″ alignment=”left” margin_top=”30″ margin_bottom=”30″][vc_column_text]Zealous is a guest of Rich Mix and as such we must treat the venue in a respectful manner. Please help us do that by not leaving any trace<\/strong> in the venue after you go. <\/p>\n

We will not accept any behaviour affecting any of our or the venue\u2019s staff or clients in an unwelcome way.<\/p>\n

We also request that you respect the works of other Zealous X participants, as well as other companies using Rich Mix by keeping to the schedule and spaces you are allocated.<\/p>\n
