Finding an entry

When you are scoring the entries, there are various ways you can sort through them.

The first way is by using the filter bar at the top of the page, which includes:

  • Categories – if you set up score categories, you can filter between these
  • Score
  • Criteria
  • Locked/Unlocked – this filter allows you to look at entries which are locked (not allowed to be edited) or unlocked (allowed to be edited)

There are also different ways to filter depending on whether you are looking at an overview of the submissions, or whether you are on a specific round.

If you are looking at an overview of the submission, you can use the left hand side to filter by all entries, submitted, drafts, and removed.

If you are on a specific round, you can use the left hand side to filter by all entries, accepted, declined, and unknown.

At the top of the page, you have access to a search bar to search through the submissions. You are able to search by partial ID, the name of the applicant, or the name of the submission.

You are also able to reorder entries by:

  • Score
  • Date
  • ID
  • Title
  • Applicant Name
