How do I ensure judges complete scoring without constant follow-up?

Can judges effectively evaluate complex submissions on mobile devices?
Yes – media displays beautifully on all screen sizes, and the interface adapts perfectly to mobile. However depending on what you are scoring (e.g. fine art photography), you might want the full screen experience.
What if some judges prefer offline review but I need online scoring?
Judges can download formatted PDF packets for offline review while still using the online scoring system for official evaluation. However this only works when rich media like videos, music, embeddable files are not part of your entry (we can’t add them directly to a pdf for you – but we do link them).
How do I handle judge conflicts of interest or category expertise?
Flexible assignment tools let you control which judges see which entries. Lead judges can oversee categories while individual judges focus on their areas of expertise.
Can I see exactly how decisions were reached for accountability?

Can Judges see other judges scores?
No, only the administrators can see all the scores. Please note that the Comments are available to everyone judging that entry.
What scores do the Administrators see?
The administrators will see the average score of all the judges. You can also filter them by Judges for a individual breakdown.
What happens after the judges score?
The entries will not move into the next round automatically. The Administrator will have the final authority to move them to the next round.
Do the judges need to register to start scoring?
No, the judges do not have to register with Zealous first. The Administrator will invite the judges by adding their email addresses to the system and an automated email will be sent to the Judges. The judges must then accept the invitation and then register using the same email address they were invited by the organiser to start scoring.
