I do not have an alert to score
The first thing you need to do is check the email you were invited with and the one you have signed up to Zealous with. You are only able to judge using the email which the organisation invited you with. If they are different, it is best to either make an account with the email the host invited you with, or contact the organisation to change the email address they have registered you with. If you still are not getting alerts, either contact the organisation, or contact Zealous through live chat or email.
