We are committed to providing a high standard of customer service to everyone who contacts us. As such, you can expect:

  • For us to keep up-to-date with changes in regulation and to ensure our policies and work practices reflect these changes

There are a number of ways we can be contacted.

Before you reach out to us, we would ask you to please look through our help files as you may find a quicker solution.

You can contact us through our live chat service, which can be accessed between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If we are online, we aim to respond by the end of the day. If we are not online, we will respond at the start of the next working day.

For our social media pages, we do not have a set time to deal with enquiries. We would recommend first reaching out through live chat and email.

If you have an opportunity specific question, such as what you are expected to submit, we would please ask you to reach out to the organisation directly. Their contact details can be found on their opportunity page.

We can help with the following queries:

  • Issues with your account, such as inability to change password, problems accessing your account,
  • Where to find an opportunity
  • Issues with submitting, such as inability to upload files
  • Issues with payments
  • Issues with the website as a whole, such as facing a blank page

This is not an exhaustive list.

We are unable to help with:

  • Queries about the terms and conditions of an opportunity
  • Queries about what needs to be submitted to an opportunity
  • Queries about your eligibility for an opportunity

In this case you would please need to reach out to the organisation running the opportunity. The exceptions for this would be if it is a Zealous-run initiative or you are unable to get hold of the organisation.

Complaints

We try our best to ensure opportunities listed through us are legitimate and ethical. We show all previous opportunities held by the organisations and make sure they are transparent with any fees and what you can get in return.

If you think an opportunity listed through us is a scam, please let us know and we’ll take a look into it ASAP. You can email at [email protected]. To save time, please give us a link to the opportunity and the reason you think it is a scam.
