Connecting to Zapier

Summary: How to connect your Zealous with Zapier to send data from your entries directly to you services (e.g. Salesforce, Slack...)

Zealous integrates seamlessly with 2,000+ other web services through Zapier.

This connection allows you to create automated workflows, known as Zaps, that trigger actions across the platforms you use based on specified conditions. Whether it’s automating data transfers, updating records, or triggering notifications. Connecting to Zapier will empower you to streamlines your processes further without needing to write a single line of code.

Setting up Zaps on Zapier with Zealous is very simple. You will need to create, or own, an account on Zapier before proceeding.

Once you have your account:

1. Create a Zap
2. Whilst setting up your trigger, search for “Zealous”

3. Select Zealous (1.0.0). Since we have just released our Zapier plugin this will be shown as “by Invite”. Please contact your account manager should you need us to resend an invite code.
4. Pick the action on Zealous which should trigger this automation. You have a choice of New Submissions, Entry Status Change, Payment made, Refund Actioned.

5. Click Continue
6. Under the account section, choose to Authenticate / Login.
7. Paste your API key in the popup (if you haven’t created an API Key yet, you can do so following these instructions here).
