Can I get a refund?

Each call will have its own refund policy, so you will need to contact the host of the opportunity. 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your submissions page
  3. Find the opportunity you want the refund for and click the cog icon in the top right corner
  4. Select the ‘Contact Organiser’ option
  5. This is open an email addressed to the organisation running the call

If you’ve overpaid due to a mistake of ours, we will of course be happy to investigate and issue you a refund. You can email us at info@zealous.co

If you feel the opportunity you have submitted to is fraudulent please email [email protected] and we’ll be sure to investigate further.
