Can I get a refund?
Each call will have its own refund policy, so you will need to contact the host of the opportunity.
- Log in to your account
- Go to your submissions page
- Find the opportunity you want the refund for and click the cog icon in the top right corner
- Select the ‘Contact Organiser’ option
- This is open an email addressed to the organisation running the call
If you’ve overpaid due to a mistake of ours, we will of course be happy to investigate and issue you a refund. You can email us at info@zealous.co
If you feel the opportunity you have submitted to is fraudulent please email [email protected] and we’ll be sure to investigate further.
