I can’t go to the next step!
This is usually because you did not fill in at least one of the required fields or because work has not been uploaded. If an element has an orange hue, then it needs to be completed. Below are some examples:

Hi, I have tried multiple times to submit my images. When I put two separate images up of two different pieces, it said no. When I submitted only one image, it said it needed a supporting image of the same piece. I did that, and now it says I have too many images. When I tried to submit only one image, it tells me I need two. I am bamboozled, please could you advise me.

Hello – I’ve been trying for a week to upload images and am having no luck, even after referencing the FAQ on images and making adjustments. I have tried multiple times to use the chat feature, and it is not live. Furthermore, it takes days to hear back from the chat feature, with no mechanism by which to respond. It’s been one week without assistance. Looking forward to a solution – thanks so much in advance.
