My files won’t upload

There could be a few reasons why your files are not uploading:

• You have reached the maximum amount of submissions – some hosts set an amount of files they want uploaded and after the limit is reached, no more can be added
• The file is too large – although you can upload up to 4Gb, there may be issues if you try to upload a really large file (you can go here to find file size recommendations)
• The file title is too complex – if you include special characters, the system may struggle to upload the file
• The file type is not accepted – opportunity hosts may choose which file types they want to accept, so it is best to check the guidelines
• Your connection may be unstable – you can check it here
