Emails to candidates

To save you time, Zealous automatically keeps your candidates updated throughout your call to submissions.

Here is a complete breakdown of all of the emails we send candidates with links to full descriptions of each email.

Whilst submissions are open:

1. When they register to Zealous
2. When they submit successfully to your opportunity
3. Reminder to submit 1 day before if they have a draft submission

When the announcement date is reached for a round, and you have confirmed your selection:

1. Candidate successful, going onto the next round
2. Candidate successful in being selected for the final round
3. Candidate unsuccessful (for any round)

Please note that these will only go out if your emails to candidates are switched on.

Other:

1. Submissions re-opened after your account was frozen (only to those who expressed an interest in being kept up-to-date)
