Archiving an opportunity

Archiving an opportunity means that the opportunity will be hidden from your profile homepage, but still available for you to view. 

Before you archive an opportunity, you will need to close it.

To archive an opportunity:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your page of opportunities
3. Find the opportunity that you want to archive – make sure that it has closed, otherwise you won’t be able to archive it
4. Click the cog icon at the top right of the opportunity and go to ‘Archive Opportunity’ 

   

5. To view your archived opportunities, turn on the ‘Show Archived’ toggle to yes

   

6. You can unarchive the opportunity by pressing the icon again and clicking ‘Unarchive Opportunity’
