Newsletter signups report
When you open to a public vote, voters are given the option to signup to your newsletter. The newsletter signup report contains a list of all the email addresses of voters who clicked to receive your newsletter. This report is a CSV file, making it ideal to upload into your existing CRM.
To download the report:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the dashboard of your opportunity
- Scroll down to your public votes graph and click on ‘Newsletter Sign Ups’
- This will run the report and send you an email with a link to the report when it is ready
The newsletter sign up report contains the following information:
- Voter Email Address
