Once your opportunity is drafted, it means that no one can see it but you. Once it is ready to be seen by everyone, it can be published using the ‘Publish Now’ button. This can be found on the opportunity menu dashboard.

There are certain aspects of your opportunity which will be seen by applicants when they first view your opportunity. These are:

Basic Info – the essential information which makes up the basis of your opportunity, such as the description and reward
Guidelines – what you expect of the candidates
Schedule – the date submissions are due and any other rounds and key dates you want them to see
Submission Fees – if you are charging candidates to submit

While you are editing the opportunity, you can view how it will look for the applicants by using the ‘preview’ button.
