Fields you can’t edit once a call is published

Although you can change fields during the lifecycle of your opportunity, it is best practice for all information to be accurate upon publishing.

It is a good idea to have accurate timelines, judges added, and the right guidelines and application form process. This builds confidence in your process with candidates and makes your opportunity shine from the get-go!

Zealous was built to be as flexible as possible. This means most of the fields can be edited once your call is published; and even as you are taking submissions. 

However, there are a few exceptions:

• Location
• Field/Role
• Categories – cannot be edited after the first submission is made
• Time zone
