When judging is in progress

If you have invited judges to score a specific round and they have confirmed their participation, they will now be able to score entries in the round.

As the host of the opportunity, you will be able to view the judges status and progress and check the average score of all candidates for this round.

Candidates have no access to any of the judges’ scores. The opportunity will also be closed to candidates, unless a public vote is happening.

Automated emails for judges:

• Judging has opened

• Reminder to score entries (1 day prior to judging ending if they haven’t completed scoring entries)
