Tax inclusive means that the tax will be included in the submission fee you are asking entrants to pay to apply.

Tax exclusive means that the tax will be added to the submission fee you are asking entrants to pay.

The breakdown will be reflected in the downloadable invoices.

The tax rates depend on what the tax rate was set to be on Stripe/Zealous.
