Which time zone is used?

The time zone is actually dependant on where you are – so the time you see is based on your time zone. For example, if you are in GMT, then the time you set will be in GMT. However, if an applicant is in PST, then the time they see on your opportunity page will be in PST. It is all relevant to the time zone you are in.
