How do I close an opportunity?

An opportunity is opened from the moment you publish the opportunity and ends when you have made your final selection. You cannot delete the opportunity if it is still open. 

To close an ongoing opportunity:

• Update any rounds and schedules – this includes deleting any rounds that have not happened yet and making sure dates for submissions and remaining rounds are all in the past
• Make sure you have made your selection for all remaining rounds
