Enabling and disabling emails

You have the ability to enable and disable some of the emails which are sent to candidates and judges. This can be accessed through the ‘Emails’ tab on your opportunity dashboard.

‘To Candidates’ shows which emails are going to be sent to the candidates.

‘To Judges’ shows which emails are going to be sent to the judges.

The dot at the start of each line shows you whether or not an email is enabled. Green shows an email is enabled, whereas grey shows it is disabled. The clock symbol shows that an email has been scheduled. To enable or disable an email, simply use the three dots at the end of a row and change the status of the email.
