Can I allow a free submission for a couple of participants?

As a part of your open call process, you may want to allow free or discounted submissions from a handful of submitters without allowing them for the rest of the applicants. There is a way to do this:

1. Ask your submitters to create their submission, but for them to leave it as a draft. This would mean that they work up until the payment step.
2. Wait until your opportunity has closed.
3. Once your opportunity has closed and no one else can submit, create a new free or discounted submission fee package.
4. Unlock the submissions of the participants you are allowing to apply for a free or discounted price.
5. Let your participants know it is time for them to submit.
